Where is the sporting materials that friendly nations and FAFI donate

I am concern about the donation of sporting materials that friendly nations and FAFI give to the Liberia Football Association (LFA). It beats my imagination to note that these materials are not distributed amoung the beneficiary rather share amoung selected teams. We in the lower divisions are not receving anything rather spending and not profiting. The is a need that the LFA take a look at the lower divisions because it is where the Junior teams comes from.
