Government extends Hey contract

it is sad to read on the web from the usa about our choise of coach for the national team. who is this person, not his credentials because those can be forged but who is he, what does he believe in. before becoming national team coach had he watched the national team or any of the local teams play. as a coach in the us i can tell you never do we go into any competition without knowing what we have to work with. a coach should have written on paper his entire goal, vision and directions for his teams. he needs to travel the entire country and put a list of at least 100 of the best players in the country, next he needs to try to find out as much about every liberian that plays outside of the country, what are their availabilities, which teams do they play for and a simply email to those teams about these players will help him in building his pool of players.
untill these foriegn coaches take our countries serious they will never take their jobs seriously. the players are in liberia, we have produce the only footballer of the world in africa and we can not get to the world cup. something is wrong. ask any diamond dealer, if you find one diamond here you will not stop digging, there must be more, so it is for footbalers.
liberia don't be like every african country, the whit man or the westerner does not have all the answeres, we have listen to him long enough.
