I am a Liberian, living in the United States of America. This information that I am posting on this website, is directed to the Liberian Football Association. Hiring of a new Coach, for the Lone Star, is pretty good but, if you do not allow him to do the job the way he sees fit, this will all be for nothing. The Lone Star, will not progress. You have to allow the Coach, to choose his own assistant or staff. Also, allow him to choose the Players he knows and feels can do the job. The Players that can bring victories to Liberia. Do not dictate to the Coach, as to which assistant Coach, to choose or which Players to put on the team.

This is the 21st century, and ways of doing things have changed. You hired the Coach to do a job, allow him to do it. Also, do not look over his shoulders while he is working you will get better results this way.
