SOCCER DEVELOPMENT IS A PROCESS NOT AN EVENT!!!
Great Come back boys!!!
I do believed this is the moment for us all to encourage the team and keep them motivated for their coming matches.
If you have an insight of this game, then you should be positive!!
Those guys really wanted to produce, but that's the nature of soccer!!
Bravo Lone Star!!

Coach Machine, your statement "SOCCER DEVELOPMET IS A PROCESS NOT AN EVENT!!!" is true, but a process needs to have a starting and an ending point. We need to focus on youth soccer development and have long term goals. The Liberian soccer menatality is all and only the African Cup of Nations and World Cup oreinted. What about the Olympics and youth championships? We need to ask the LFA and MYS what are their long term goals for Lone Star and youth soccer development. I think the u17 national team pulled/dropped out of a competition this year so how do we expect to groom players for the senior national team? If we don't have u17 and u18 national teams playing in competitions, Liberia won't be seeing any World Cup anytime soon. We'll get to the African Cups of Nations every now and then. Maybe once every decade like 1998 and 2002. We are the oldest African country and we've been to the tournament only twice, but we expect to become serious World Cup qualifiers. Please don't make me laugh yah! Youth soccer development is the Liberian soccer future and that's the process we need to engage in.

Re: SOCCER DEVELOPMENT IS A PROCESS NOT AN EVENT!!!
You are right my brother; the LFA and MYS have no program in place for youth development. The Gambia team we had difficulty beating starting out as a youth team. Today, they are playing well. Had we had a solid youth program, the Weah 11 would have been replaced with a much prapared and evolving senior team. But that was not done at all. We need to put more pressure on the LFA to start a good youth program.
